How do prove i am qualified

Please tick the " i am qualified or in training" box at checkout to confirm you are qualified. This will allow you to order.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is complete. Once your goods are collected by one of our couriers, you will receive tracking details.

Why isn't my order going through?

The most common reason for payments failing is if your billing address details do not match with your card details. We have enhanced 3D security at checkout.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Before contacting the office, please check inside all packaging as parcels are checked, verified & weighed before leaving.

How do I cancel my order?

Provided your parcel hasn’t been dispatched please email info@youngnails.co.uk.

Why has my order been returned?

If you are not in to take  delivery, your parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed. We will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee.

We aim to deliver within 2 working days

How do I track my parcel?

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification from our courier with tracking information.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

The courier will leave a calling card/message for you to arrange redelivery. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver, your goods will be returned to ourselves which will incur a further re-delivery charge.

Can I order if I’m not in the UK?

So long as your country does not have a YN distributor, you can place an order by emailing info@youngnails.co.uk.

Returns/Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery, and all items must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted.

How do I return my goods?

Have you received my returned items?

Once we have received your returned items we will contact you. You will be responsible for tracking the returned parcel.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described we will refund your return postage costs up to £4.
